Dr Jeannette Young becomes Share the Dignity’s first official Patron

Share the Dignity is delighted to announce our very first official Patron, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM Governor of Queensland.  

Her Excellency will be our Patron for the duration of her time as the Governor of Queensland.  

Share the Dignity Founder, Rochelle Courtenay said she is so excited to have the support of Her Excellency. 

“It is such an honour to have Her Excellency on board as Share the Dignity’s Patron. It feels so grown up to have our first official Patron and it really highlights how far we have come in almost 7 years,” Mrs Courtenay said.  

“I am thrilled to have her support and look forward to working together to ensure everyone is afforded the dignity in life that so many of us take for granted.” 

As Share the Dignity’s Patron Her Excellency will be invited to significant events and we look forward to building this relationship over the coming years.
