A Step-by-Step Overview
- Click 'Let's Get Started' below, or visit https://sharethedignity.azurewebsites.net/ and click on ‘Sign Up Now’ to register your organisation.
- Complete the email verification process by entering your email address and select ‘Send Verification Code’.
- Check the email address and retrieve the code you have been sent.
- Enter the code into the verification code box. Please ensure that you press ‘Verify The Code’ before completing the other fields e.g. password, name etc.
- Complete the other fields and press ‘Create’.
- Navigate to https://sharethedignity.azurewebsites.net/ and ‘Sign In’ using the email address and password you created.
- You will then be prompted to make a selection between ‘Volunteer’ or ‘Charity’. Please select Charity.
- Complete all the fields and confirm your acceptance to the Terms and Conditions. You will only be prompted to complete this form once.
- Once you have completed the registration form, you will then be able to sign in.
- Once signed in and your charity registration is approved you may place a request for donations.
- To place a request, once signed in navigate to the ‘Product Request’ menu on the right-hand side of the page.
- Select ‘New Product Request’
- Enter the details/quantities of what you are requesting, e.g. 25 packets of pads. Please ensure all fields of the form are complete and note any special requirements in the 'Notes' field. If you do not require a product type, please enter '0'.
Please note: we may adjust requested amounts, subject to donations received. - Select ‘Submit Product Request’. You have now placed a request with Share the Dignity and completed the charity partner registration process.
- One of our fabulous volunteers will be in contact with you towards the end of the drive to discuss your request and to arrange delivery of the requested items.
