I am fundraising for Share the Dignity because I think it is vital in our community to recognise how issues such as healthcare, safety, and education disproportionately affect our community, and to make an effort to better understand how these issues can lead to period poverty in Scullin.
About Share the Dignity
Share the Dignity works to make a real, on the ground difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, concerned about their safety, or doing it tough. They distribute period products to those in need and work to end period poverty here in Australia. Share the Dignity believes that when someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.
