Support Services

How to get help

Share the Dignity works closely with thousands of organisations across the country to help ensure our products reach women, girls, and those experiencing menstrual inequity.

While we’re unable to provide assistance or distribute products directly to individuals, we care about making sure you receive the support you need. If you are in crisis or require assistance, we encourage you to connect with one of our trusted charity partners, who can offer direct help and guidance in your local area.

If you’re in urgent need, please see the options below for immediate support – you’re not alone, and help is available.

If you are in immediate danger call 000
