SJT is supporting Share the Dignity's "It's In The Bag"
This year SJT is supporting Share the Dignity's annual Christmas appeal "It's In The Bag".
Each year these bags are donated to women and girls doing it tough. The bags are made up of so much love and care, filled with the basic essentials, period products, and so many more special gifts for people in need during Christmas time.
Share the Dignity
Share the Dignity works to make a real, on the ground difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough. They distribute period products to those in need and work to end period poverty here in Australia.
When someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.
They assist those in need by collecting thousands of period products each year through collection drives and campaigns and distribute them directly to charities across Australia.
How you can help
SJT's goal is donate at least 20 bags to the appeal. Here's how you can help:
* Drop off a completed bag at our Bardon office
* Donate items that can be added to a bag - every bit helps!
* Make a financial donation and we will buy and pack the items for a bag on your behalf
